We need to put the case back on track......
Nhaveen's Case shook the country and instill fear in all parents about the seriousness of bully. Nhaveen was brutally attacked on 10/6/2017 and died on 15/6/2017 and his bestie Previin survived the attack with a shattered chin. The accused and some of the freely roaming prime suspects currently we are pursuing are from a well-connected underworld with money and people in power. The case was delayed almost four years and it just starts commencing on May 3rd, 2021.
However, the investigation seems too shady. the autopsy and medical reports seem incomplete and DPP is not willing to work with Madam Shanti ( Nhavee's Mother) or her Watch Brief Counsel. It seems a good ground has been done to secure a release via relative a weak case and shreds of evidence.
N.A.i. L Nhavee's Action & Investigation Team was formed on May 7th, 2021 to institute robust case management, legal service, investigation, public relation, security to witnesses, and assist the family in cooping up with the tragedy including the family of Previin ( Nhaveen's Bestie).
We need the help of the public to secure unwavering justice for this poor boy and strong lobbying for an Act Against Bully. We understand it takes years to accomplish what we want to but it is definitely worth the fight and work: Lets Nhaveen and Zulfarhan be the last kids to be ever killed by an act of a bully.
The Legal Team is headed by Mssr Raj & Sach, N.A.i. L is headed by Mr, Arun Dorasamy, NGO liaison is Mr. Jeevithan, and Mr. Madi, while the publicity and social media by Mr. Lingeswaran and Mr. Sathanar Dronachariyar. Dr. Bala and team provide medical advice and Security & Ground Work Headed by Mr. Ravi Dorasamy and Mr. Selvam.
